We collect only what is necessary. Nothing more.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
What we store and for how long depends on which TALLENTIN product you use.
Your submitted data is processed to generate your report and made available for a temporary access period. After that period expires, all associated data is permanently deleted. No account is required.
Your report is stored securely and accessible via a private link for 12 months from purchase. After 12 months it is permanently deleted unless you request an extension.
Your complete report history is stored for the full life of your active subscription. When your subscription ends, your data is retained for 90 days during which you may export everything. After 90 days all personal data is permanently deleted.
Your diary entries, activity records, skill gap data, learning plans, goals, and reports are stored for the full life of your relationship with TALLENTIN. When you cancel, your data is retained for 12 months so you may return, reactivate, or export your complete career record. After 12 months all personal data is permanently deleted. You will receive email notice 30 days and 7 days before deletion.
You own your career data. You may request a full export at any time, delivered within 30 days.
We may extract anonymised, non-identifiable signals from analysis sessions to improve our service. These signals contain no personal information and cannot be traced back to any individual.
All personal data is stored and processed within Canadian jurisdiction in compliance with PIPEDA.
We use trusted third-party service providers for AI processing, secure cloud storage, and website hosting. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements consistent with Canadian privacy law.
We do not share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

We protect your information using industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, input validation, and abuse prevention systems. All data remains within Canadian jurisdiction.

TALLENTIN uses only the cookies necessary to operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
TALLENTIN is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact hello@tallentin.com if you believe a child has submitted personal information and we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy as our products evolve. The Last Updated date at the top reflects any changes. For significant changes to how we store or use your data, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
